The Receiver is proposing to sell its undivided 50% interest in the real property commonly known as Zig Zag Lot 4, 22542 E. Brightwater Way, Rhododendron, Oregon 97049 to Douglas A. Howden, Trustee of the D.A. Howden Trust dated April 19, 1996 (“Howden”) in exchange for Howden’s undivided 50% interest in Zig Zag Lot 11 in the same residential development, as a result of which the Receiver will hold 100% of Zig Zag Lot 11 and Howden will hold 100% of Zig Zag Lot 4.
