The Receiver is proposing to sell lots 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, and 23 of the real property and improvements commonly known as Phase II, of the Mar de Plata subdivision, located in the parcel of land known as “Demásias de San Luis,” Santa Catarina Subdelegation, in the San Jose del Cabo Delegation of the Municipality of Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico. Hearing on Oregon Plaintiff’s Motion to Reconsider on September 22 [Zoom link]
The lawyers for the seven Oregon plaintiffs who previously objected to the Receiver’s settlements with Pacific Premier Bank and Riverview Bank have filed a motion asking Judge Gregerson to reconsider his order approving the settlements. Settlement Motion Approved and Next Steps
Judge Gregerson approved the Settlement Motion at the hearing on August 31st. Objectors will have 30 days to appeal the order. The Receiver will continue to work with the Banks to satisfy the remaining conditions of the Settlement Agreement, which will now need to be upheld in the Oregon courts where there is pending litigation.
