The Receiver is proposing to enter into a settlement with Valerio Gonzalez Schcolnik and his affiliate Inmobiliario Montanas del Cabo, SA de CV in order to resolve certain loans secured by real property and form a joint venture for the purposes of developing and liquidating real property in Mexico. The Receiver is proposing to sell its undivided 50% interest in the real property commonly known as Zig Zag Lot 4, 22542 E. Brightwater Way, Rhododendron, Oregon 97049 to Douglas A. Howden, Trustee of the D.A.
