The Receiver hosted a meeting for investors on July 18^th, 2023. The slide presentation from the meeting and a narrative summary are available on the Documents page under Hamstreet & Associate – Communications, for investors who were unable to attend or who wish to review the information presented.

The Receiver is proposing to sell the real property and improvements commonly known as 35255 Bayside Gardens Rd, Nehalem, Oregon 97131. The notice of the proposed sale is available under the Notice of Pending Sales heading on the Real Estate page.

The address for the meeting on Thursday, July 18 is 909 N Hayden Island Drive. The letter sent to investors contained the wrong address. The Receiver apologizes for any confusion.

On Friday June 30, the Receiver mailed a letter to investors confirming the filing of the Settlement Agreements with Pacific Premier and providing an individualized estimate of proposed recovery in the event that the Agreement is approved by all necessary courts. Along with this letter, Miller Nash mailed out a package of the Motion to approve the Settlement Agreements along with a proposed distribution. The filings in this package are available on the Documents page, as is a standard version of the letter.
