News Update
On Friday June 30, the Receiver mailed a letter to investors confirming the filing of the Settlement Agreements with Pacific Premier and providing an individualized estimate of proposed recovery in the event that the Agreement is approved by all necessary courts. Along with this letter, Miller Nash mailed out a package of the Motion to approve the Settlement Agreements along with a proposed distribution. The filings in this package are available on the Documents page, as is a standard version of the letter.
