The hearing on the bank settlements originally scheduled for this Friday, August 18, has been moved to Thursday August 31 at 1:30 PM to accommodate the Court’s schedule. Proposed Sale
The Receiver is proposing to sell the real property and improvements commonly known as 35255 Bayside Gardens Rd, Nehalem, Oregon 97131. The notice of the proposed sale is available under the Notice of Pending Sales heading on the Real Estate page.
