The Receiver has filed a motion to consolidate the receivership estates of the 15 American Eagle Mortgage LLCs in this proceeding into a single estate. The motion and supporting declarations are available in the Documents section of this website under the Court Filings tab for October. The motion is set for hearing before Judge Gregerson in Clark County Superior Court at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, November 22, 2019.
