Proposed Reduction of Sale Price

The Receiver is recommending the reduction of the reserve price with respect to vacant land in Boardman, Oregon, from $325,000 to $250,000.  A copy of the notice of this proposed reduction is available here.

Proposed Reduction of Reserve Price

The Receiver is recommending the reduction of the reserve price with respect to 16105 Jackpine Road, La Pine, OR 97739  from $275,000 to $225,000.  A copy of the notice of this proposed reduction is available here.

Proposed Sale:

November 27, 2019 By Arthur Parker

The Receiver is proposing to sell the real property and improvements commonly known as (a) 19168 N Deal Rd, White Hills, AZ 86445 for a cash purchase price of $12,000 and (b) Parcel 34, Hidden Meadows Unit 1, Mohave County, AZ 86409 for a cash purchase price of $27,000.  The notices of the proposed sales are available under the Pending Sales tab of the Real Estate Page.

Proposed Reduction of Reserve Price

The Receiver is recommending the reduction of the reserve price for six properties in Roseburg, Oregon, and Washougal, Longview, Oceanside, Selah, and Goldendale, Washington, to “No Minimum Bid.”  The current reserve prices are $55,000, $50,000, $37,500, $25,000, $25,000, and $50,000, respectively.  Copies of the notices of these proposed reductions are available under the Pending Sales section of the Real Estate page.
