Proposed Reduction of Sale Price
The Receiver is recommending the reduction of the reserve price with respect to vacant land in Boardman, Oregon, from $325,000 to $250,000. A copy of the notice of this proposed reduction is available here.

The Receiver is proposing to sell the real property and improvements commonly known as (a) 19168 N Deal Rd, White Hills, AZ 86445 for a cash purchase price of $12,000 and (b) Parcel 34, Hidden Meadows Unit 1, Mohave County, AZ 86409 for a cash purchase price of $27,000.
