The Receiver is proposing to enter into a settlement with Valerio Gonzalez Schcolnik and his affiliate Inmobiliario Montanas del Cabo, SA de CV in order to resolve certain loans secured by real property and form a joint venture for the purposes of developing and liquidating real property in Mexico. Proposed Sale
The Receiver is proposing to sell its undivided 50% interest in the real property commonly known as Zig Zag Lot 4, 22542 E. Brightwater Way, Rhododendron, Oregon 97049 to Douglas A. Howden, Trustee of the D.A. Howden Trust dated April 19, 1996 (“Howden”) in exchange for Howden’s undivided 50% interest in Zig Zag Lot 11 in the same residential development, as a result of which the Receiver will hold 100% of Zig Zag Lot 11 and Howden will hold 100% of Zig Zag Lot 4. Pending Sale
The Receiver is proposing to sell the real property commonly known as 1535 Horseshoe Bend Road, Lovelock, Nevada 89419 for a cash purchase price of $12,000. The notice of the proposed sale is available under the Pending Sales tab of the Real Estate Page.
Proposed Settlement.
The Receiver is proposing to enter into a settlement with Hanes-Zoller Joint Venture, the Zoller Family Limited Partnership, and R.C. Hanes Limited Partnership in order to resolve the case known as Clyde & Hamstreet & Associates, LLC v. Hanes-Zoller Joint Venture, et al., Clark County Superior Court Case No. 20-2-00632-06. Pursuant to the proposed settlement, among other things, the Receiver will receive a payment of $120,829.04. The notice of the proposed settlement is available on the Settlements Page.
