Columbia River Hwy, St. Helens, OR 97051, from $75,000.00 to $21,905.00; and (3) Twentynine Palms Highway, Yucca Valley, CA 92284, from $112,500.00 to $89,000.00. Complaint Filed, February 19
On February 19, the Receiver filed a complaint in the Superior Court of Washington for Clark County against AEI, AEMM, Ross and Beverly Miles, and Maureen and Robert Wile for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty.
