The Receiver is proposing to sell the real property and improvements commonly known as S Ponderosa Road, Golden Valley, AZ 86413 for a cash purchase price of $3,200.  The notice of the proposed sale is available under the Pending Sales tab of the Real Estate Page.

Receiver’s Letter to Investors Regarding Tax Information

Several investors have requested a letter related to investment valuation that they can share with their tax advisors and preparers. This letter, which can also be found in the documents section, addresses that request.

Investor 1099s

AEM Investors will not receive 1099s related to payments received in January, February or March of 2019. These payments have been reclassified as return of principal.
